One-paragraph summary

What we collect: the name, contact details, and message you type into the inquiry form. That's all.
What we use it for: replying and sending quotes. Nothing else. We don't sell it or share it.
When we delete it: inquiries that don't become contracts are deleted within 6 months after we reply. Contract records are kept as required by law.
The demos: anything you type into the four samples stays in your browser. It is never sent to us.
Tracking: no ad cookies and no analytics tools.

This email handles access, correction, deletion requests, and all privacy complaints. A phone number will be added once business registration exists.

The business registration number will be shown here once it exists. An online-sales (mail-order) reporting number will be shown if and when reporting becomes mandatory. Until then, this policy applies in full.

How we collect

Two ways only: the inquiry form on this site (order.html) and email. Nothing is collected anywhere else.

Processors (including data stored outside your country)

Submitting an inquiry transfers your data outside your country through the processors below. Per our obligations on cross-border transfer, each block lists the data items, the countries, the timing and method of transfer, the recipient, the retention period, and how to refuse.

1. Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative)

PurposeRelaying inquiry-form input to our inbox. Contractually limited to delivery; used for nothing else

RetentionPer the processor's policy, submission data is automatically deleted at most 3 years after submission. This applies to the processor's stored copy, separate from the inbox copy we control (below)

Refusal and its effectSkip the form and email hello@everything-atelier.com directly; that route avoids this processor

If spam protection is enabled, the submitter's IP address and email address may be sent to CleanTalk and Akismet (spam-blocking services).

2. Google (Gmail)

PurposeThe email account we receive, keep, and answer inquiries with

Refusal and its effectEmail is currently our only contact channel, so refusing this processor means we cannot correspond by email. If you prefer not to have your data transferred, simply don't send an inquiry

We disclose personal data to no other third party. Processors act only on our instructions and only for the purposes above; if processors change, this document changes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal data at any time. Write to hello@everything-atelier.com; once we've confirmed it's you, we act without undue delay (10 business days as a rule). Deletion requests are honored except for records the law requires us to keep.

Cookies and automatic collection

No advertising cookies, and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Web fonts and static files are served through CDNs. The four demos store your input in localStorage, which exists only inside your browser and is never transmitted to us. Clear it anytime from your browser's site-data settings.

Deletion procedure

When the retention period ends or the purpose is gone, personal data is deleted without delay, using methods that make electronic files unrecoverable. What the law requires us to keep is stored separately and only for that purpose.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we post the changes and the effective date at the top of this document. Material changes are announced in advance.
