This is the booking screen for a neighborhood café, Rosemary & Rye. A guest-facing view and an owner view sit on separate tabs. Remaining seats per time slot are calculated live against an 18-seat cap.

  1. Try clicking 1:00 PM. It's grayed out as "Full" because that slot is already booked solid.
  2. Pick a time and book a table for 4. After booking, that slot's open seats drop by 4.
  3. Click the "Owner View" tab. Your booking is right there in the list, with arrival and no-show controls.

Stop cross-checking three spreadsheets by eye

This is the inventory screen for a household-goods wholesaler, Meridian Supply Co. 42 products, 8 vendors. Days of stock remaining is calculated automatically and flags when it's time to reorder.

Just try this
  1. Enter a ship quantity on the left and click "Log Shipment." Stock drops, days-remaining recalculates, and the total inventory value at the top updates too.
  2. "Select All Needing Reorder" → "Create Purchase Order." Orders split by vendor and quantities auto-fill. You can still edit quantities.
  3. Click "Confirm Order." Stock refills and it's logged under the "History" tab.

Answers 32 topics: hours, shipping, product recommendations, even refunds. Ask something it doesn't know and it says so, then hands off to a human. It doesn't pretend to know.

  2. Ask it something deliberately off-topic. It admits it doesn't know, and offers three questions it can actually answer instead.
  3. Click "Connect to a human." The conversation so far gets summarized and filed as an inquiry.

  2. Deliberately crash into a rock. The screen freezes for 0.1s, then shakes and throws debris. That's impact.
